Terms of Sale

These terms govern the purchase of Parcellis reports and subscriptions: prices, payment, delivery, subscriptions and refunds. They complement the Terms of Use.

1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to any paid order placed on parcellis.ch. The seller and contracting party is Mehmet Ongan, sole proprietorship operating the Parcellis brand, Rue de Porcena 29, 2035 Corcelles (NE), Switzerland — info@parcellis.ch.

These Terms of Sale complement the Terms of Use. In case of contradiction regarding sale terms, the Terms of Sale prevail.

2. Products and prices

Parcellis offers single reports as well as subscriptions (Plus, Pro) billed monthly or annually. The applicable features and volumes are those displayed at the time of order.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including any applicable taxes; Swiss VAT is charged and shown where the operator is liable for it. Any promotion or welcome credit applies under the conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

3. Order and formation of the contract

Orders are placed from your client area. The contract is formed when you confirm the order after accepting these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use, and the payment is confirmed.

A summary (product, price, billing period and, for a subscription, renewal) is shown before final confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Parcellis does not store your card data. In case of default, rejection or chargeback, Parcellis may suspend the relevant access or reports until the situation is resolved.

5. Delivery of the digital deliverable

The report is digital content. A first summary is generally available within minutes; the full report is delivered once critical sources are validated. Stated timeframes are indicative and depend on the availability of official sources.

You consent to immediate performance of the service upon ordering.

6. Subscriptions: term, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions (Plus, Pro) are concluded for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically for an identical period, unless cancelled by the client at least 30 days before the renewal date, via the client area or by email to info@parcellis.ch.

For an annual subscription, the client is informed by email before each paid renewal. Unused credits renew each period and are not carried over; reports already generated remain accessible. Amounts already billed for the current period are not refunded pro rata, save mandatory provisions to the contrary.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As the report is digital content delivered immediately after ordering, no statutory right of revocation under art. 40a ff. CO applies. Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online sales.

On a discretionary basis and without acknowledging any obligation, Parcellis may grant a full or partial refund if the report could not be delivered or shows a manifest defect attributable to the service. In line with the displayed quality guarantee, credits for a report deemed incomplete or erroneous may be re-credited. Any request must be sent within 14 days to info@parcellis.ch.

8. Warranty, complaints and liability

Any defect must be reported in writing to info@parcellis.ch shortly after delivery. Where applicable, Parcellis corrects the report or provides a new one.

Parcellis's liability in connection with a sale is governed by article 8 of the Terms of Use, which applies by reference (exclusion of slight negligence, reservation of gross negligence and wilful intent, capped amounts).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions. For professional clients, the exclusive jurisdiction is the operator's seat indicated in the legal notice; for consumers, the mandatory jurisdictions provided by law (art. 32 CPC) are reserved.
