Can I test before subscribing?
Yes. Your first report is free when you sign up, so you can judge a full report without paying anything. After that, the CHF 19 single report lets you carry on with no subscription, before possibly moving to Plus or Pro.
What if a report is incomplete or wrong?
Our quality guarantee applies: tell us within 14 days of unlocking it, from the report (“Report an error”) or at info@parcellis.ch. Once we have checked it, we restore to your account the credit or credits used for that report, or one credit if you paid for it as a single report. The guarantee is a credit, not a cash refund.
Do credits expire at the end of the month?
With every paid month, your balance is topped up to 10 (Plus) or 50 (Pro) reports; unused reports do not add up. Reports already generated stay accessible without limit.
What changes between Plus and Pro?
The report content stays identical. Only the number of reports included each month changes.
