Heritage value
A first-category architectural inventory building with RACN values 0 to 3, or a formally protected building.

Get a first assessment of the heritage, energy and municipality criteria from an address. The result guides your next steps but does not replace an authority decision or a qualified professional’s diagnosis.
Essential conditions
The checker combines available data. An incomplete signal remains “to be confirmed” until the relevant authorities validate it.

The programme targets a building with at least 3 dwellings.
The building envelope’s official energy rating must be class F or G before work begins.
The building must be located in a partner municipality of the RÉNO-NE programme.
MApe support
RÉNO-NE may cover part of the heritage-energy adviser’s fees (MApe). Actual support depends on the project, the municipality and approval of the application.
10'000 CHF · maximum per project
The MApe adviser guides the renovation so that energy performance, historic fabric and project feasibility are addressed together. The adviser must appear on the programme’s official list.
Municipal coverage
The cantonal page checked lists the following eight municipalities. Participation may change, so confirm it with the municipality before commissioning any service.
The displayed list is derived from the currently available cantonal source. A missing municipality is not a final decision.

Process
