Energy renovation subsidies in Fribourg

Fribourg supports several renovation levers: envelope works, Minergie routes and installation optimisation for certain apartment buildings. Each measure has its own conditions.

Check the building year, category and energy reference area.
For technical optimisation, confirm the minimum number of dwellings.

The address identifies the canton and prepares an initial view of plausible support.

Submit the application and wait for the decision required by the programme before starting work or making a binding commitment.
